What We Do

ACG Automation delivers control system software from the ground up — PLC programming, HMI design and development, and SCADA integration. Our PLC work covers everything from single-machine sequence control to large, multi-area plant programs, written to structured, maintainable standards that your team can support long after handover. We design HMIs around the operators who use them, with clear screen hierarchies, meaningful alarms and diagnostics that shorten fault-finding rather than adding to it, and we extend that up to plant-wide SCADA for trending, reporting and remote monitoring. We work across a wide range of hardware platforms — including Beckhoff, Rockwell, and Omron — so the solution is shaped by what suits your process and your existing equipment, not by a single vendor’s catalogue.
